G is for Gateway to Hell

In my novel, demons have come to earth and taken on human form. But how did they get here? There’s a belief that the Gateway to Hell is in the earth–even though Hell itself is not underground. Be it a sort of portal then, that the demons can use to get out of the fire and onto the streets. Frank (see F is for Frank) knows where the gates are and he’s got a tight hold on who comes and goes. He knows a secret too–demons aren’t the only ones who can pass through the gates–and you don’t have to be dead to make the trip. But what would cause someone to knock on that fiery door? And once you go in, what in Hell do you have to do to get out?

That sounds like a great story. Have you completed it yet? Sounds up my alley. If it’s out, I’d love to read it. Happy A to Z.

Now why would anyone want to head into hell? They’d have to really need something if they weren’t a demon.
